I did not get the service and support I need from the hotel. They only accept credit card. No cash under any circumstances. I had used up my credit card limit and they didn't care and I was being forced to cancel my reservation. None of the booking websites mentioned this important information about acceptable payment methods.
A different hotel with a positive vibe. It’s funky and not your normal every day hotel. At night the music and atmosphere is just amazing. Our only issue was the size of the room. Too small & the shower/bathroom do not give you the privacy you might need. Its location is outstanding. Accessible to the bus and underground and the city center is within walking distance. In addition it hosts one of the local street graffiti art.
Lots to like and dislike here. Convenient location and comfortable, nicely decorated rooms. The reason I won’t stay again is the lighting in the room, which makes it nearly impossible to see well when shaving or getting ready in the morning (I know it sounds abused but it’s true); and then the loud techno party in the lobby which apparently goes to 12:00am on Thursdays, but makes it impossible to sleep before then.
Location, decor, atmosphere, facilities, staff - all superb! Really love the vibe of this hotel and will surely be back. The gym and sauna are an amazing add on, both very clean and well kept. The bar is a place that I would even visit if I weren’t a guest: Live DJ on Thursday, great drinks and an overall good atmosphere. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect if you’re looking to explore Hannover - In the middle of everything but with the beautiful Südstadt district right in front of your doorstep, for a more „local“ experience.

The hotel has a unique and nice vibe. The lighting concept overall is more towards the appearance of a bar/club. The rooms are adequately sized although i do not like the idea of having sink within the bedroom 😐.
The staff is friendly. No issues with checkin and checkout. Location is also very good (next to it is an underground station). I didnt try all the facilities at hotel but there seems to be a fitness room too. The drinks in mini bar are free, though there ain't so many.
Only issue i found was lack of toiletries - not sure if they aren't offered or just the room i had was missing them. Other than that no complaints at all.
One of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel, and it was included in the room rate. In addition, we really appreciated the cool soda/cola in the complimentary mini-bar and being recognized for our Hyatt status at check in. The bed was comfortable and wifi was speedy.
The only improvement I could suggest is to add a hook on the shower door to hang towels. My husband was tall enough to throw his towel over the shower door but I couldn't. I had to put my towel on the floor outside of the shower and it got wet before I used it.
One of the best hotels I have ever been. Very simple room with all necessary things. Free drink and coffee on hotel room was very big surprise. Yes, all is very simple but functional. I have very good feeling from the atmosphere. Very calm and functional. Approve that!
The breakfast was good, extremely crispy bacon and a good choice of tea although they were rather stereotypically punctual Germans and removed the buffet at exactly 10am. The beds were comfy and long enough for my tall hubby. The staff were friendly although my German hubby was a bit shocked they adressed him with "du". The room had a v nice shower but the toilet was in the middle of the room with zero sound proofing so only for old married couples. We ate dinner there and it was definitely very good although the portions were rather nouvelle cuisine i was surprised to see that in Germany. The main disappointment was that they hadn't updated the cocktail and snack menu on their website. I think its not unreasonable to expect the website to be updated or to honour the menu advertised and provide salted popcorn.
